In the run-up to the 9th Pan-African Congress to be held in Lomé from 29 October to 02 November 2024, Togo has decided to celebrate African integration throughout the month of May with the African communities living in Togo.
Usually celebrated every 25 May, the 2024 edition of African Integration Day was celebrated in Togo on 08 May on the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and Togolese Living Abroad.
Several activities took place on this day dedicated to Africa. These ranged from traditional dance steps performed by sister communities from #RCA, #RDCongo, #Congo, #Gabon, #Mali, #Niger, #BurkinaFaso, #CôtedIvoire, #Egypt, #Libya to presentations of local products and tastings of various dishes concocted by these same communities for the guests present around Prof. Robert Dussey.
